Meet the Associate Clinical Director at ALP Cumming

Sara Beth Tung, MA, BCBA
Sara Beth received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, where she was first exposed to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and fell in love. She completed her Masters of Arts in Human Services Psychology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. While in graduate school she worked at the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s (KKI) Neurobehavioral Inpatient and Outpatient Programs. At KKI, Sara Beth worked with children with developmental disabilities and conducted assessments, developed and implemented treatments to reduce severe problem behavior. Sara Beth and her husband then moved to the Atlanta area and she began working at the Marcus Autism Center in the Severe Behavior Day Treatment Program. She is excited to serve the East Atlanta area with Autism Learning Partners and bring quality services to more children and families in the Atlanta area. She is also passionate about providing mentorship opportunities to those interested in working in the field of ABA.

Meet the Senior Clinical Director at ALP Cumming

Elizabeth Landers, MA, BCBA
Elizabeth “Lizzy” Landers, MA, BCBA is from Decatur, GA. She received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Educational Psychology from Georgia State University. While in her Master’s program she completed several research projects on reducing gross motor stereotypies through the Wii video game system under the supervision of Dr. Laura Fredrick. Prior to moving to California to begin her time with ALP Lizzy ran a research classroom for Emory Autism Center’s Early Emory program (formally the Walden School) under the supervision of Dr. Gail McGee and Dr. Michael Morrier and completed a 1 year practicum in the Verbal Behavior and Severe Behavior Day Units at the Marcus Autism Center in Atlanta, Ga. Lizzy began her service with Autism Learning Partners (ALP) as a Clinician and then Director at our affiliate organization, Children’s Learning Connection (a pediatric interdisciplinary program for young children with Autism) in Southern California. In December 2018 Lizzy relocated back to the metro Atlanta area to develop and oversee ABA services for ALP – her journey has been full circle and she is honored to lead the charge in GA. In addition to ensuring the delivery of compassionate care to each and every family Lizzy is passionate about daring leadership as well as sharing about ABA with the community.

Gina Chang started her career as a Behavior Technician and today sits on our executive team as President and COO. Her passion for excellence in clinical care and her devotion to helping families with autism live successful lives make her a model team member for our entire organization.
