Meet the Associate Clinical Director at ALP Putnam

Kelly A. Carvalho, MS, BCBA, LABA MA, RI, CT
Kelly has been a BCBA since 2017 and started her journey at ALP 6 years ago as a behavior technician. Shortly after starting work with ALP, she changed career paths from earth science to ABA. Kelly is originally from Providence, RI and has been living in Putnam, CT since 2003. She is excited to be able to provide services and give back to both of the regions she considers home. Kelly has worked with children across the spectrum from ages 2-20 in both home and school settings and takes special interest in working with families to identify and teach the skills they consider to be most meaningful. “The best way to spread awareness and, more importantly, acceptance is to teach skills that allow people to access their communities in fulfilling ways.”
