Autism Learning Partners (formerly Pacific Child & Family Associates) began offering services to children with autism and other development disabilities, and their families, in 1988. The company was an early proponent of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and quickly adopted this clinical methodology as the cornerstone of its services to children and families. Autism Learning Partners now offers treatment services in many states across the US, collaborating with doctors, therapist, families, schools, and specialists for complete, effective care.

Clinical Director

Jeannie Morrison, M.A., BCBA, received her Master of Art degree from Biola University and completed her BCBA coursework from Florida Institute of Technology. Jeannie has been working in the field of ABA for the last 17 years. Jeannie started working at CLC in April 2007. She started her career as a Behavior Technician and has held multiple supervisor roles over the past 14 years at CLC. She has years of experience with working with infants to young adults with diverse diagnosis. She is passionate about interdisciplinary comprehensive treatment approach to therapy and about contributing to the growth and development of individuals with special needs. Jeannie’s primary role is to facilitate the implementation of high-quality ABA services by training staff and collaborating with our BCBAs, Program Managers, RBTs and BT’s.

Associate Clinical Director

Ben Olch graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Masters in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St Louis. He has been with Children’s Learning Connection since 2015 and has previously had the roles of Senior Occupational Therapist and Motor Department Manager. Ben is deeply committed to CLC's mission of providing collaborative care, working closely with speech, occupational, physical, and ABA teams to ensure the highest quality of care for families. He is interested in staying updated on the latest advancements in therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to continue to improve our standard of care. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.

Therapy sessions might take place in your home or community, depending on what the ALP Clinical team recommends. Each session, a Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with your child, targeting individualized goals embedded into fun and functional activities. Sessions can last 2-4 hours depending on your child’s needs. Parent training is always a part of the treatment plan, as we want you to have that support.

Yes, if it is considered medically necessary by the ALP Clinical team, the school district allows, and the insurance provider approves. We will collaborate with the education team to build a comprehensive plan for your child.

ALP’s Social Skills Groups are led by experienced and trained staff to facilitate healthy peer relationships, teach coping mechanisms, and provide tools to cope with social changes and learning healthy choices for emotional expression. Parental involvement is crucial to the generalization and maintenance of skills children will learn. Parents are trained in using techniques that are demonstrated in Social Skills Groups.
