Megan DiMartino MS, BCBA

Senior Clinical Director

Megan has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis for over 9 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI. It was here that she participated in an Autism Practicum within a school system and first found her passion in applied behavior analysis. Megan spent the next year working as a direct line therapist at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Autism Center before attending Auburn University in Auburn, AL where she earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. During her graduate coursework, Megan gained experience in a variety of settings- staff training and severe behavior management in a residential facility, parent training for biological and foster parents through the Department of Human Resources, staff training and individual programming through school’s consultation and outreach, and early intervention in an inclusionary preschool setting. A large focus of Megan’s career has been on functional and individualized programming for clients across all age ranges and settings. Megan believes strongly in ensuring that each client’s therapy is effective, efficient, and appropriate for their lifelong goals. Megan grew up in the metro Detroit area and has been living on the Northside of Indianapolis for the past 6 years. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and her two dogs.
